Well, let’s add Maine to the map of The United Hates Of America. I think by denying Gay people their right to marry should be deemed a “Hate Crime,” because it has become a form of “Emotional Genocide” against a single group of tax paying American...

First off, I’m not a “know-it-all,” but I know a lot. I’m sorry if that’s bothersome to a few people, but it’s who and how I am. If I come across as a person who feels he has to “impose” his opinion on a lot of things, it’s only because I have muc...

It seems to me that whenever anyone in the world kills Americans, the entire country, including The United States Congress condemns it, and is up in arms working feverishly to bring those responsible to justice. Yet, during the on-going debates on...

I hear a lot of people say, especially when they find out I’m an artist, that they don’t have an artistic bone in their bodies. I happen to disagree and here’s why: Everybody, I don’t care who they are, have a unique way about them. The way they w...

About Me

I am a very loving and caring man, seeking the same. I'm not flashy, just me. I'd love someone who will care about me as much as I do him. Whenever he enters the room I know my eyes will light up. He doesn't need to be well-built, or a male model, just a decent guy willing to share his heart with me. It seems like I've been waiting my whole life to meet him, been in a few bad relationships, but still holding onto the hope that one day we will finally be together. I am open, honest, and a decent guy - if you're out there, here I am. All I want is a Friend, A Lover, and A companion. If you'd like to know more, feel free to ask.

Fear and Loathing in America

Well, let’s add Maine to the map of The United Hates Of
America. I think by denying Gay people their right to
marry should be deemed a “Hate Crime,” because it has
become a form of “Emotional Genocide” against a single
group of tax paying Americans. Literally “killing” their
chance at spending their lives with the person they love,
wanting to be able to show that love in the same way as
every other American, and being given the same rights as
every other couple.
The Mormon Church should be held… Continue

The Hurt Remains The Same

We are constantly being given challenges and situations in life that we must react to, deal with, and somehow overcome in order to live decent lives. Sometimes things come at us that truly test us as human beings. Still, we get through it and move on, because we have to. It is who we are. It is what we do.
There is one thing, however, that as long as I live, I will never understand, get used to, or ever be able to fully deal with. When I’m hurt by someone I care about. I just can’t seem to be ab… Continue

Silence

First off, I’m not a “know-it-all,” but I know a lot. I’m sorry if that’s bothersome to a few people, but it’s who and how I am. If I come across as a person who feels he has to “impose” his opinion on a lot of things, it’s only because I have much to say or contribute to a particular subject.
For years, I kept silent about so many things I saw or heard around me. As much as I wanted to say something, there was always that “little voice,” inside that told me, “Don’t make waves.” Now that I’m old… Continue

You Get What You Give

As in anything in life, you get out of it what you put in. The same goes for people you choose as friendships or in relationships. The manner in which you treat others reflects how you will be treated, in most cases. If you treat others well you will be treated well, but if you treat badly, more than likely you will be treated badly. However you can be a decent person and still be treated badly by someone else. Being a decent person doesn’t always guarantee you will be treated well. There are so… Continue

Change

Someone recently asked me when “Real” change would come. I said it already has begun with the election of Barack Obama as President of The United States, although he is only the Hope of Change. One man cannot bring about change, no matter how much we wish it.
I thought about it some more, I thought about the people who suffered in the Civil Rights movement, the people who suffered after Hurricane Katrina and the slow government response, and the people suffering in the Gay Rights movement who ha… Continue
